She met her husband while in high school and they married in 2015. They live in Lexington with their son (Reece), daughter (Rowan) and dog (Riggs). LeAnn worked in dentistry for ten years before joining our team in 2007. In October of 1989, she married Randy Crowe from Athens, Georgia. LeAnn and Randy have four children: David, Joshua, Charlotte and Rebecca as well as a dog named Luci. LeAnn enjoys shopping, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. She was an assistant to Dr. Campbell for eight years before leaving in 2011 to pursue a career in nursing. After realizing that she missed dentistry, as well as the patients and team members she had come to know as family, she returned to in May of 2014 as Dr. Campbell's primary assistant. Stephanie lives in Lexington with her husband (and high school sweetheart) David and their three sons (Harper, Lincoln, and Maxwell). After working as an assistant for 6 years she got her Associates at Midlands Technical College and graduated in 2019. After graduation, Nikki practiced hygiene for 5 years in a local private practice before joining the team at Five Towers in the Spring of 2024. Nikki resides in her hometown with her husband JohnMichael and her two doodles, Ember and Saylor. After graduating from Gilbert High School, Michelle travelled for three years before returning back to SC to continue her education at Midlands Technical College. Michelle has been in dentistry for over 25 years and brings a vast amount of experience in multiple dental specialties to our office. If you don't see her when you walk in our doors, you may see her chair side assisting Dr. Campbell. She has two beautiful grown daughters, a young son and she is a first time Gigi. She is a member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association. Sarah was a dental assistant for 6 years at a periodontal practice before joining our team at Five Towers. She focuses on providing personalized treatment that is tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual patient.
