Chris W. Campbell, DMD

Dr. Campbell is a native of Columbia, SC and a graduate of Wake Forest University (1994) and the Medical University of South Carolina School of Dentistry (1998). Following dental school, he completed a General Practice Residency at Palmetto Richland Memorial Hospital in Columbia, SC. He has trained at the Dawson Institute, the Pankey Institute, and the Seattle Institute for Advanced Dental Education. Dr. Campbell is a part-time faculty member at Palmetto Health Richland Department of Dentistry and is a past-President for the Greater Columbia Dental Association. He is also the founder and chairman of the Enoree River Study Club. He is a fellow in the American College of Dentists, the youngest in South Carolina history. Dr. Campbell has lectured throughout the country on the use of photography in dentistry, ethics in dentistry, and esthetic and restorative dentistry.  He has been published in numerous journals and serves as a key opinion leader for Dentsply-Sirona, one of the largest dental companies in the world.

Dr. Campbell’s hobbies include music, computers, cooking on his big green egg, and a never-ending fruitless quest to become a “scratch” golfer.  Dr. Campbell is an unapologetic South Carolina Gamecock and Wake Forest Demon Deacon fan.

Calli Chandler, CDA

Calli is a native of Lexington, SC and a 2009 graduate of Lexington High School. She attended Midlands Technical College and graduated in 2012 from the Expanded Duty Dental Assisting Program. Calli happily joined our team in September of 2018. She met her husband while in high school and they married in 2015. They live in Lexington with their son (Reece), dog (Riggs), and are looking forward to welcoming their daughter (Rowan Elizabeth) in August 2020. Calli enjoys spending time with her family and friends, shopping and going to the beach.

Le Ann Crowe

Le Ann was born and raised in Columbia, SC, and she graduated from Lower Richland High School in 1979.  LeAnn worked in dentistry for ten years before joining our team in 2007.  In October of 1989, she married Randy Crowe from Athens, Georgia.  LeAnn and Randy have four children: David, Joshua, Charlotte and Rebecca as well as a dog named Luci.  LeAnn enjoys shopping, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. Her favorite sport is football, and she is A BIG GAMECOCK FAN!!

Stephanie Cunningham, CDA

Native to Lexington, SC, Stephanie is a 2001 graduate of Lexington High School as well as a 2004 graduate of the Expanded Duty Dental Assisting program at Midlands Technical College. She was an assistant to Dr. Campbell for eight years before leaving in 2011 to pursue a career in nursing. After realizing that she missed dentistry, as well as the patients and team members she had come to know as family, she returned to in May of 2014 as Dr. Campbell's primary assistant. Stephanie lives in Lexington with her husband (and high school sweetheart) David and their three sons (Harper, Lincoln, and Maxwell). In her free time, she stays busy keeping up with her sons, shopping, crafting, and spending time with friends and family.

Tandy Lyles, RDH

After 14 years with working with most of our current team at Five Towers, Tandy retired in December of 2018.   However, after filling in for multiple offices for a few years, she decided to return back to full time hygiene with our team.  We are thrilled to have Tandy back with us!

Originally from Tennessee, Tandy graduated from East Tennessee State University in 1973 with an Associate of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene.  She has two daughters, Meredyth and Andrea, and she loves spending time with her granddaughter and grandson. Tandy is very active in her church and civic organizations. Some of her favorite activities are traveling with family and friends, singing, and shopping!

Michelle Johnson, CDA

Michelle was born and raised in the Columbia area, and she joined PDA in September 2011.  After graduating from Gilbert High School, Michelle travelled for three years before returning back to SC to continue her education at Midland’s Technical College.  Michelle has been in dentistry for over 20 years and brings a vast amount of experience in multiple dental specialties to our office.  She has two beautiful teenage daughters and a young son. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, painting, 5K walks for charity, and spending time with family and friends.

Marsha Morgan, RDH

Marsha is a native of Chapin, SC, and she has lived in the Irmo area for 35 years.  She is a graduate of Chapin High School and Midlands Technical College, and she is a past President of the South Carolina Dental Hygienist's Association.  Marsha was a dental hygienist in Rochester, NY and Buffalo, NY before moving back to Columbia. She then to join Dr. Lynn Campbell's practice, which is the current location of Five Towers Dentistry. Marsha is married with two grown children and a precious granddaughter.  She is a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church and enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.  She also loves college sports....especially the Clemson Tigers.
